The CUUR/TMG Annual Style LA: Swim & Resort Runway Fashion Show truly rolled out the red carpet to support charities. The Facial Paralysis Foundation and Stop the Violence/Face the Music both benefited from the $100 VIP ticket sales and $35 general admission ticket sales. Attendance was at an all-time high this year due to E!’s Kardashian sisters , Kim, Kourtney and Khloe hosting the event. CUUR made its presence known with the 2008 CUUR Swedish Bikini Model Winner, Katelyn Verrier, and two Runners-Up, Melissa Morris and Ryanne Joyce. These three women strutted their stuff down the catwalk with a message to women across America- feel confident and comfortable in your own skin and live a positive lifestyle where you can give back.

Featured designers supporting the event and dressing the models included Sonia Rykiel, John Galliano, Christian LaCroix, Just Cavalli, Nina Ricci, Gottez, Plush Premium Denim, Monique Leshman and Ina Soltani. Celebrity attendance included Dave Navarro, Andy Baldwin (The Bachelor) -- sans new fling Karina Smirnoff; Kris Jenner; Jason Davis; Disney Talent Jordan Francis and Meaghan Jette Martin (Camp Rock), along with fashion designers Nony Tochterman for Petro Zillia, & Nick Verreos.
